ONLINE DONATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

By submitting an online donation to Amalgamated Businesses Consortium Corporation ("ABC Corp"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Charitable Purpose

ABC Corp is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations support ABC Corp's charitable mission, programs, initiatives, and operations, including programs such as Adopt-A-Senior Community.

2. Voluntary Charitable Contributions

All donations are voluntary charitable contributions.

No merchandise, goods, or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless ABC Corp expressly states otherwise in connection with a particular fundraising activity.

This is especially useful language for ABC Corp because the IRS requires an acknowledgment for a contribution of $250 or more to state whether the organization provided goods or services in exchange for the contribution.

3. Tax Deductibility

Contributions to ABC Corp are intended to be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable federal and state law.

The actual deductibility of a contribution depends upon the donor's individual tax circumstances. ABC Corp does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Donors should consult their own tax advisors concerning the deductibility of their contributions.

The IRS confirms that monetary charitable contributions can include online payments, debit-card transactions, and credit-card charges.

4. Donation Acknowledgment

ABC Corp will provide donors with an appropriate acknowledgment or receipt for online donations.

For donations of $250 or more, donors should retain ABC Corp's written acknowledgment for their tax records. IRS rules require the acknowledgment to identify the organization, state the amount of a cash contribution, and indicate whether goods or services were provided in exchange for the contribution.
